The Rialto Helpdesk allows Rialto occupiers to:
- Log and track maintenance requests; and,
- Submit forms for after-hours air conditioning, goods lift bookings, car parking and access cards.
For users new to the system, please request access via the tab on the left, and an email with your login details and password will be emailed once the request is verified and approved.
Urgent requests may be submitted by calling the Security Control Room on (03) 9617 5428 or by emailing Security@rialto.com.au
