The Rialto Helpdesk is a brand new fully web based system which allows Rialto tenants to log and track maintenance requests and submit forms for after-hours airconditioning, goods lift bookings, car parking and access cards.
For users new to the system please request a login via the tab on the left hand side, and an email with your login details and password will be emailed once approved.
Urgent requests may be submitted by calling the Security Control Room on
